Ma Haifang, born in September 1956, graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of the China Central Acedemy of Fine Arts. He is now a member of Chinese Artists Association and editor of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting. His works were selected to the 8th National Artworks Exhibition of China.
