Jia Guangjian, was born in Yongqing Country, Hebei Province in 1964. He graduated from Postgraduate Class of Chinese Painting Specialty of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts and won master's degree. He was appraised one of the first artists of both ability and integrity of Chinese Federation of Literary and Art Circles. He id now member of Chinese Artists Association, associate professor at Chinese Painting Department and tutor of master degree candidates at Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts.
